1. Arrival & Departure

Any delay must be communicated in advance.

2. Capacity & Occupants

The accommodation is designed for 4 persons maximum. Any undeclared additional occupant is prohibited.

3. Security deposit

A security deposit of 300 € will be requested on arrival. It will be returned within 48h of departure, after inspection of the accommodation.

Any damage found will be deducted from the deposit.

4. Cleanliness

• The accommodation must be returned in a clean condition.
• Dishes must be washed and put away.
• Waste must be placed in the designated bins.
• Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the accommodation is left in a particularly dirty state.

5. Prohibitions

Quiet hours must be respected between 10pm and 8am.

6. Equipment & Use

• Equipment provided must be used with care.
• Any damaged or missing equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
• Moving furniture without authorisation is prohibited.
• Use of the accommodation for professional or commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for personal use. It is prohibited to use it for illegal activities.

10. Contact & Emergencies

In case of problem or emergency, contact the owner:

For any emergency (fire, water leak, etc.): call 15, 17, 18 or 112.

11. Liability

The owner declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage to tenants' personal belongings.
